Shipping & Packing

Our product is one of a kind and is sold as is.

We carefully package all orders using the best packing materials and technique to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. 

Once an order is processed, the product will be dispatched within a week. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with all information after your order leaves our headquarter. 

We ship internationally to 24 countries from Indonesia. If your country is not listed on the check out form, kindly contact cs@prettart.com , we will provide you with a custom invoice. 

Orders will be shipped by a third party courier. You may refer to the tracking number from the link in the delivery notification email and check the status of your shipment by visiting the courier's service official website.  

We do not ship to PO boxes. 

If your order is returned to us due to incomplete delivery detail, then you would need to pay a second delivery fee before we can send the package to you once more.

Taxes and Import Fees

The import of a product from Indonesia may be subject to taxes and custom fees in the destination country. The amount payable depends on the value of the items and local import rules. You will need to pay local taxes and import fees once the delivery arrives in the destination country.  Please contact your local custom office for the detail.
