Refund policy

We at Prettart focus on creating a joyful experience.  Our product is One of A Kind and is Sold As Is. We believe that each object connects to a different person. We strongly recommend our customer to contact us for more detail information before they make the final purchase to ensure they get what they feel most emotionally attached to.  

 

2-days return/exchange

We have a 2-days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange due to product damages and defects. 

Please note that we do not offer exchange or refund for item(s) that arrives safely to the customer. 

To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video of the item(s), that shows the damage or defective part of the item(s).

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Depending on the stock availability, exchanged is only applicable for item(s) within the same category and value. In the case of stock unavailability of the desired item(s), we will then provide a refund.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange/return label. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item to us. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

All returned item(s) are your responsibility until we receive them at our headquarter. Kindly pack the returned items carefully to prevent any damage to the product and/or their original packaging. 

Exception / Non-Exchangeable item(s)

Specially made item(s) cannot be exchanged. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s). 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Should you receive wrong item(s) or should there be any damage or breakage due to shipping please report to us immediately within 2-days with a video and detailed photo of the damage and the order number. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not.

If approved, we will process your refund of the value of your process, excluding shipping cost. 

Please note that it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
